This isn’t theory — it’s the product of years in the trenches, selling hundreds of homes, leading an independent brokerage viewed by many as the “purple cow” of the industry, and navigating deals that tested every ounce of persistence I had. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me on the ice chasing pucks, on the trails chasing views, or at home in Oak Bay with my wife, two teenagers, and two bulldogs who run the place.
